We put together a Wedding Agenda of Events for you before you leave home containing a complete schedule of your stay, a detailed timeline of your Wedding Day listing all the services provided by us, plus maps of the area, sightseeing points of interest, a list of events and festivals, recommended restaurants, travel tips, and useful telephone numbers while you are in Italy. In addition, if you have planned your honeymoon with us as well, we send you all of your vouchers and a detailed Honeymoon Plan.

Your guests are taken care of as well. Your Planner will be in contact with them to arrange accommodations, transportation, and tours or excursions they may want to book. Each guest receives an information package containing Wedding Day schedules and meeting points, maps of the area, sightseeing points of interest, a list of events and festivals, recommended restaurants, travel tips, and useful telephone numbers while they are in Italy.
